An Epitome of Success through learning, born on 16th October, 1988 into the family with a rich business legacy in bullion trading since 1901. Abhishek Chanda is the 4th generation entrepreneur from the family of Caps Gold Pvt. Ltd. Abhishek has acquired a degree in B. Tech (Information Technology) and further studied MBA in International Business from Cardiff University UK. During his graduation days, Abhishek was actively involved in operational affairs of the family business which taught him the tricks of the trade at an earlier age
Soon afer his MBA he joined the family business in 2012 and has played a vital role in piloting the timely development of Caps Gold. He initiated change management and redefined the entire operational process of the legacy brand from traditional to IT-driven. He was also instrumental in the expansion of the family business further in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Further to this, he spearheaded the concept of going digital and launched the company's websites, an online commerce platform where customers can buy gold and silver coins.
Under his leadership, the brand also launched Kalasha Fine Jewels in 2017, a retail arm of Caps Gold which was established with an aim to bring superior craftsmanship to the crème-de-la- crème of Hyderabad and houses scintillating jewellery fit for modern royals. Within a span of three years, Kalasha bagged numerous awards which were possible because of the relentless efforts of Abhishek Chanda.

With a keen interest in other chains of business, Abhishek had Joined Vasavi Group in 2019 which is one of the leading real estate companies in South India with over 30 years of excellence in providing one of the best luxurious and affordable residential and commercial projects. His role as a Director of Sales, Marketing, Admin and HR has bought a change in traditional management practices in the organisation. An idea to bring different businesses to one platform and create a business across the globe exclusively to the Vysya community has laid the foundation stone for VBN - Vysya Business Network In 2015 and Abhishek Chanda is one of the co-founders of the initiative.
Mr. Abhishek always thinks big. Planning to expand his stores with all kinds of jewellery according the changing trends with a greater number of stores in the days to come. Along with this, they wish to expand their new venture Value Gold which buys the scrap gold and release the mortgage gold to benefit the middle and lower middle-class people.
Believing that it's each individual's responsibility to contribute in building up a better society around them, they are performing CSR activities under his guidance.
Mr. Abhishek Chanda married to Mrs. Sowmya Chanda. This happy couple blessed with two little angels Dhrithi Chanda and Krisha Chanda. they have been enjoying the family life with quality time and in travelling occasionally.
Apart from all the business he handles, Abhishek Chanda is a complete family man who enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. He loves playing badminton, watches, trade-related documentaries and travels in his free time.

Subsequently, he ventured into establishing a fine jewellery brand from the ground up, overcoming formidable challenges to ultimately achieve remarkable success.
