His great-grandfather, Mr. Pentaiah Dundoo, was a generous-hearted landlord, setting the stage for a legacy of compassion. On his maternal side, Mr. Ganga Raju Mothe, another illustrious figure, was renowned for his generosity in the Godavari Districts of Andhra Pradesh. ese two legendary personalities, with their hearts full of generosity, served as the foundation upon which Shirish Dundoo built his life and career. From a young age, Shirish exhibited leadership qualities such as determination, willpower, and a commitment to righteousness. He embraced protocols and procedures, instilling discipline into every aspect of his life, business, and social endeavours.
But Shirish Dundoo is not just a social leader; he is also a motivating force. Certified as a trainer by Junior Chamber International ( JCI), he has tirelessly trained and motivated thousands of youths and students through his workshops and speeches. During his tenure as National President of JCI India, he championed women's empowerment, leaving an indelible mark.

During his tenure as National President of JCI India, he championed women's empowerment, leaving an indelible mark.
As the National President, Shirish Dundoo achieved a remarkable 100% Efficiency recognition for JCI India. Under his leadership, JCI India reaped Outstanding Flagship Program Recognition at both Asia Pacific Convention and World Congress in 2019. is historic journey saw JCI India's inclusion in the India Book of Records and Asia Book of Records for their flagship program, Prayas. In a council of seven countries, JCI India soared to the third position among 2000 entries. Even in the face of immense pressure, Shirish Dundoo never wavered in his commitment to his organization's principles, demonstrating that a government should be of laws rather than men. e 2019 National Convention in Nagpur, under his chairmanship, marked a defining moment in the history of JCI India
Beyond his social leadership, Shirish Dundoo wears many hats. He serves as a director at Aryan Industries, an expert fund investor, and a real estate administrator in the thriving environs of Hyderabad
