Here is a story that started but never quite reached completion, there were a few that managed to touch the hearts, stories that conquered difficulties and paved the way for success – just like the tale of Mr. Ramu Madupaduga.
Hailing from the serene village of Dommata in the Warangal district, Mr. Ramu Madupaduga was the last child of Mr. Venkatayya and Mrs. Sushilamma. Aer completing his intermediate education in Cheriyal and pursuing his Bachelor of Pharmacy, he embarked on his journey to Hyderabad in 1989. ere, he started working with his elder brother's medical store. Ramu continued his studies, completing his B. Pharmacy while working and slowly honing his entrepreneurial spirit.
Ramu's life journey can be best described as a struggle that refused to give in. e urge to make a mark on the world was as vast as the sky, and his determination matched it. From his early days at brother's medical store to the establishment of his first venture, Tirumala Medicals in Tukaram Gate, Hyderabad, Ramu embarked on a journey that only headed towards victory. His first venture as an entrepreneur began with Tirumala Medicals in 1992. Despite facing initial challenges, his dedication and vision enabled him to build strong partnerships with major pharmaceutical companies like AstraZeneca, Johnson and Johnson, Allergan, Abbott and MSD expanded into distribution in the year 2008 the business eventually reached a turnover of 90 crores per annum.

In 2013 Ramu expanded into the pharmaceutical manufacturing with GLUKEM BIOCARE PVT LTD in Karkapatla, Genome valley, Hyderabad to manufacture drug pellets and MUP's with a WHO GMP certification and US FDA norms unit. Turning it into a 100crores per annum turnover. Gradually with sincere commitment in 2020 he ventured into pharmaceutical intermediates and API manufacturing with VVR ORGANICS PVT LTD in Choutuppal, Hyderabad clocking about 80cr per annum.
Ramu's success did not merely translate into financial achievements but extended to the lives he touched. He actively engaged in community service and was recognized by various organizations, including Glenmark, Reddy Labs, Mankind, and B D R. His philanthropic endeavours during the pandemic, such as providing Remdesivir at a nominal cost of 1300 rupees, reflected his compassionate nature.
As Chairman of Vasavi Bandhan Global Foundation, Ramu invested his valuable time in shaping the organization's initiatives. Alongside, he continued to inspire many through his achievements, which included receiving numerous awards and recognitions from Central Government Health Schemes and South-Central Railways.
Ramu believed that life should be an exploration, a journey where one continuously seeks to achieve greater milestones. His distinguished lifestyle set him apart as he saw himself not just as an individual but as a distinctive entity contributing uniquely to the world.
Ramu's family consists of his wife, Mrs. Jyothi, who stood by his side through thick and thin and his daughter Varsha Sree, son Varun Vihar and daughter in law Aishwarya who achieved academic excellence and made their mark in their own and family's ventures.
